Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign up" button in the top right corner of the page. You can create an account using your email address. Once registered, you'll be able to browse vehicles, save favorites, and contact sellers.
Do I need to create an account to browse vehicles?
No, you can browse vehicles, services, and community posts without creating an account. However, you'll need to sign up to contact sellers, save favorites, and create listings.
What's the difference between a Private Seller and Trade Seller account?
Private Sellers use a pay-per-listing model - you pay a fee each time you list a vehicle. This is ideal for individuals selling their own cars.
Trade Sellers use a subscription-based model with monthly plans that include multiple listings. This is designed for dealerships and businesses that list multiple vehicles regularly.
Listing Vehicles
How much does it cost to list a vehicle?
For Private Sellers, listing fees vary based on the duration of your listing (3, 7, 14, or 30 days, or until sold). Prices start from £10. Trade Sellers can choose from subscription plans that include multiple listings per month. View pricing details if you're a Trade Seller.
What information do I need to list a vehicle?
You'll need: make, model, year, mileage, price, location, photos (at least one), description, fuel type, transmission, body type, color, condition, V5C status, service history, and previous owners. The more complete your listing, the more likely it is to attract buyers.
Can I save my listing as a draft?
Yes! You can save your listing as a draft at any time during the creation process. Drafts are saved automatically, and you can return to complete them later from your dashboard.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload up to 12 photos per vehicle listing. We recommend including both exterior and interior photos to give potential buyers a complete view of the vehicle.
Buying Vehicles
How do I contact a seller?
Click the "Ask a Question" or "Contact Seller" button on any vehicle listing page. You'll need to be logged in to contact sellers. You can ask questions about the vehicle, arrange viewings, or discuss the sale.
Can I save vehicles to view later?
Yes! Click the heart icon on any vehicle listing to save it to your favorites. You can access all your saved vehicles from your account dashboard.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Contact the seller through the listing page to arrange a viewing. Sellers can manage viewing requests through their dashboard and confirm or reschedule appointments.
Trade Sellers
What subscription plans are available?
Trade Sellers can choose from Essential (10 listings), Plus (30 listings), Business (100 listings), or Enterprise (unlimited listings) plans. Each plan includes different features like bulk upload, analytics, API access, and priority support. View all pricing options.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription at any time through your membership dashboard. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do subscription plans include both vehicles and services?
Subscription plans apply to vehicle listings. Services listings may have separate pricing. Check your dashboard for details about your current subscription and limits.
Account & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payments are processed securely and we never store your full card details.
What happens if I cancel my payment during checkout?
If you cancel payment during checkout, your listing will be saved as a draft. You can find it in the Draft tab of your dashboard and complete the payment later to publish it.
How do I change my account information?
You can update your profile information, email, and password from your account settings. Access your profile by clicking on your username in the top right corner.
Safety & Security
How do you protect my personal information?
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your contact details with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
What should I do if I see a suspicious listing?
If you encounter a listing that seems suspicious or fraudulent, please report it to us immediately through the contact form or by emailing our support team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
